Work Sample: DESIGN & ASSESSMENT

As part of a team, I designed an online and in-person intercultural competence training and a corresponding assessment for American college students who will be working with international high school students and their chaperones through the Study Tours by Rider University program. Pictured to the right is our Program Logic Model, which visually explains the activities included in the training and the desired outcomes and impact of the training.

Work Sample: INTERNATIONAL STUDENT AND SCHOLAR SERVICES (ISSS)

As part of a course that introduced me to detailed immigration regulations for F-1 and J-1 students, I created a five-minute orientation video guiding international students on how to navigate California smoking laws and etiquette.

Work Sample: PRINCIPLES & PRACTICES OF INTERNATIONAL EDUCATION

As a means of introducing first-semester International Education Management students to the wealth of international education organizations across the world, we each researched, created a poster, and presented on an organization in the international education field. I chose the Institute of International Education (IIE) because of my interest in citizen diplomacy and cultural exchange programs.

GRADUATE STUDIES

Work Sample: COMPARATIVE INTERNATIONAL EDUCATION

As my final project for the Comparative International Education course, I researched the Thai education system. I created a website that examines the historical, philosophical, and cultural influences on the education system. Furthemore, I explain the contemporary Thai education system, including the Ordinary National Education Test (O-NET), and current issues regarding access to education in Thailand.
